Three days, each week is filled with sweet fun! Check out what
we're planning for our Summer Camp - June 2012!

Week 1
Students will learn icing types, including  royal icing, fondant and buttercream
basics. Cake Sculpting in the first week?? Yummm! This week, students will
decorate and bring home creative cookies and 3D cake.

Week 2
We're crazy about cupcakes! Once you see what your kid can create from this
mini confection - you'll be crazy about them too! From flowers to "fake food" to
tiny sculpted edible art pieces.

Week 3
Cake Pops! You thought that the cupcakes were cool - wait till they see what
they can do with cake crumbs!! Make room for dessert! Students will bring
home cake pops and candies, too!

Week 4
The big finale! Junior artists will bring it! Everything they've learned over the
past 3 weeks. They'll learn about cake tiers, sculpted cakes, fondanting and
how to bring it all together in the last week of camp.
